He stated <br /> this product was being used more than natural brick due to cost. <br /> Mayor Grant asked if the City had an elevation or view of the building from I-694. <br /> Senior Planner Bachler provided the Council with a picture of the building from this elevation. <br /> Councilmember Holden believed the addition and proposed signage would complement the <br /> clinic well. <br /> Mayor Grant inquired if the Health Partners logo would show on the cultured stone. <br /> Mr. Hansen reported the wall signage would be pin mounted letters and would be lit. He <br /> believed the sign would complement the stone nicely. <br /> Councilmember Holden stated she was at this clinic on a weekly basis and she did not believe <br /> there was a parking shortage. <br /> Senior Planner Bachler indicated he was comfortable with the parking reduction and noted the <br /> Planning Commission supported the proposed parking as well. <br /> Mayor Grant asked if there were opportunities for additional parking if Health Partners were to <br /> vacate the building and another use took over the space. <br /> Senior Planner Bachler stated it appeared there was additional space for parking on the property. <br /> Councilmember Holden questioned when construction would begin on the Health Partners <br /> Clinic. She expressed concern with the high level of traffic already in this area. <br /> Public Works Director/City Engineer Polka explained she was uncertain as to Health Partners <br /> construction timeframe. <br /> Mr. Hansen anticipated construction would begin the end of July or beginning of August. <br /> Councilmember McClung indicated the sign copy on this building was proposed to triple. <br /> While he understood the building was being added onto, he stated he would not be able to support <br /> this proposal because of the amount of proposed wall signage. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Grant seconded a motion to <br /> recommend approval of Planning Case 17-011 for a Master and Final PUD at <br /> 3930 and 3928 Northwoods Drive, based on the findings of fact and submitted <br />
