APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the Commission to accept the December 4, 2013, meeting minutes as <br />presented. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Introductions <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher commented that with the recent appointment <br />of David Radziej to the EDC, it would be helpful for the commissioners to introduce themselves. <br /> <br />Commissioners introduced themselves and provided general background information. <br /> <br /> <br />B.
