Joynes, Sr., City Administrator <br /> Dave Perrault, Interim Director of Finance and Admin Services <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Authorization to Appoint Public Works Maintenance Worker Position <br /> <br /> <br />Background and Discussion <br /> <br />The City currently has an opening for a Public Works Maintenance Worker. Following <br />the most recent recruitment for a Public Workers Maintenance Worker, the City has <br />identified Terry Reid as the best fit for the open position. <br /> <br />Mr. Reid’s resume will be provided under separate cover. <br /> <br />Council Action <br /> <br />Staff recommends appointing Terry Reid to the position of Public Works Maintenance <br />Worker at Step One of the Union Compensation scale, contingent upon satisfactory <br />background and reference checks, and the pre-employment physical. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
