A preliminary estimate of probable cost for construction shall be <br />prepared for the preliminary master plan. <br />i) Preliminary Master Plan Review Meeting: Attendance at one (1) Parks, Recreation, and Natural <br />Resource Committee meeting with the public invited to provide review and feedback on the <br />preliminary master plan. <br />c) Final Master Plan with estimate: Preparation of a final master plan with any necessary revisions <br />based on feedback. A revised estimate of probable cost for construction shall be prepared. <br />i) City Council Meeting: Attendance at one (1) City Council meeting for review and adoption of the <br />final master plan. <br />d) City Review Meetings: Attendance of up to two (2) staff review meetings throughout the course of the <br />master plan process for ongoing input and decision making. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICE B - GRANT APPLICATION ASSISTANCE (optional <br />service) <br /> <br />1) Grant Application Assistance: <br />WSB will work with City staff to assist with the gathering, production, and participation of the required <br />materials established per the selected grant application requirements. <br />a) WSB will collaborate with city staff to prepare narratives, diagrams / illustrations required for the grant <br />submittal. <br />b) WSB will attend up to two (2) meetings with city staff. <br /> <br />Work Plan & Schedule <br />In discussions with City staff, it is our understanding that a summer / fall 2017 planning process is <br />desired.
