ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—JULY 10, 2017 3 <br /> Public Works Director/City Engineer Polka reported grading and utility work had begun on <br /> the County Road I/Old Highway 8 project. She anticipated the sanitary sewer and water lines <br /> would be in place by September. <br /> 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> A. June 19, 2017 City Council Work Session <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to approve the June 19, 2017, City Council Work Session meeting <br /> minutes as presented. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> 6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br /> B. Motion to Approve Appointment of Communications Coordinator <br /> C. Motion to Accept Resignation of Dave Williams, Public Works Worker <br /> D. Motion to Approve Appointment of Park and Recreation Seasonal Workers <br /> E. Motion to Approve Appointment of Public Works Maintenance Worker <br /> F. Motion to Approve Construction Services Scope and Fee Proposal with WSB & <br /> Associates—Old Highway 8 & County Road I Utilities <br /> G. Motion to Approve Boston Scientific PUD Amendment Agreement(PC 17-013) <br /> H. Motion to Approve Fire Hydrant Replacement and Repairs—Emergency Purchase <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br /> execution of all necessary documents contained therein. TCAAP Development Discussion Opportunity for Residents <br /> Mayor Grant stated under the Public Hearing section, citizens would have an opportunity to <br /> discuss ideas regarding the TCAAP development. <br /> Mayor Grant opened the public hearing at 7:40 p.m. <br /> With no one coming forward to speak, Mayor Grant closed the public hearing at 7:41 p.m. <br /> 9.
