ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—JUNE 26, 2017 3 <br /> City Administrator Joynes provided an update on TCAAP stating the JDA met last week and <br /> confirmed the project timeline. He stated the Mayor asked the County for an update on the solar <br /> farm, County Road 8 extension, along with the park and trail activity that would be located on <br /> the periphery of the site. He reported staff was still waiting to hear on the finalization of the <br /> property sale with Alatus. <br /> Mayor Grant asked if staff knew if work had begun on the County Road 8 extension. <br /> Public Works Director/City Engineer Polka stated the County had mobilized at this location <br /> and the project was staked. <br /> B. Night to Unite Update <br /> City Clerk Hanson stated the 2017 Night to Unite will be held Tuesday, August 1 from 5:00 to <br /> 9:00 p.m. Those interested in hosting an event should register their party with the Ramsey <br /> County Sheriff's Office by Friday, July 14. Registration information is available on the Ramsey <br /> County Sheriff's Office website or by calling the Crime Prevention Unit at 651-266-7339. The <br /> City also has a link to this information on its website. Those registered to host a neighborhood <br /> gathering will be visited by community officials, fire departments, and Ramsey County Sheriff's <br /> Office representatives. A list of neighborhoods participating in Night to Unite will be sent to the <br /> City Council when it becomes available. To date, five parties had registered. <br /> 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> A. June 12, 2017 Regular City Council <br /> MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to approve the June 12, 2017, Regular City Council meeting minutes <br /> as presented. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> 6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br /> B. Motion to Approve 2016 City Financial Statements and Audit <br /> C. Motion to Approve 2016 41" Quarter Financial Reports <br /> D. Motion to Approve Lake Johanna Capital Fire Department Expense <br /> E. Motion to Approve a One Year Extension for the Variance Approved for 1536 <br /> Edgewater Avenue in Planning Case 16-017 <br /> F. Motion to Approve Ordinance No. 2017-004 in Planning Case 17-018 for an <br /> Amendment to Chapter 2 — Administration, Section 220.03, Subdivision 1 of the <br /> Arden Hills City Code, and Authorize Publication of Summary Ordinance <br /> G. Motion to Approve Resolution No. 2017-016 Approving Master Partnership <br /> Agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation <br /> MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br /> execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried <br /> unanimously (5-0). <br />
