2 <br />Will the city replace asphalt with asphalt and cement with cement? Do the homeowners have a <br />choice? If the city only replaces with asphalt can the homeowners pay the cost difference? We <br />currently have cement and want to replace it with same. <br />When will the assessment be charged? <br />What will be done about water runoff?
