The estimated assessment rate per <br />REU is $10,300/unit for the reconstruction area and $2,000/unit for the reclamation area. <br />Note that the individual townhomes on Brueberry Lane will be assessed as 0.5 units, or <br />$1,000/townhome. <br /> <br />Resident Comments/Concerns <br />A neighborhood open house was held on August 3rd. Resident comments received at the <br />open house and via email are included in the feasibility study in Appendix F.
