<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-042 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF MINNESOTA <br />INVESTMENT FUND STATE FUNDED RLF REQUEST FOR <br />ONE-TIME EXCEPTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Laws of Minnesota 2017, Chapter 94, Article 6, Section 24 includes a <br />Onetime Exception to Restrictions on Use of Minnesota Investment Fund Local <br />Government Loan Repayment Funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is a statutory city that has uncommitted money <br />received from repayment of funds awarded under Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.8731; <br />and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />That the City Administrator or designee shall be authorized to submit the <br />Minnesota Investment Fund State Funded RLF Request for One-Time Exception <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN <br />HILLS THIS 23rd DAY OF OCTOBER, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br />ATTEST: DAVID GRANT, MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________________________ <br />JULIE HANSON, CITY CLERK <br />
