3 <br />195005V1 <br />D. All plans for the widening of Cummings Park Driveway and decreasing the length <br />of the Cummings Park Drive center island shall be subject to approval by the City and Lake <br />Johanna Fire Department prior to the issuance of a Right-of-Way Permit. <br /> <br />E. All necessary City permits for the construction of the Project shall be obtained <br />within one (1) year of approval by the City Council, or an extension request shall be submitted in <br />writing to the City at least forty-five (45) days prior to the expiration date. <br /> <br />F. Final construction plans shall be subject to approval by the City Building Official, <br />City Engineer, and Fire Marshall prior to the issuance of a Building Permit <br /> <br />6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT/COMPLIANCE.
