The Developer shall provide evergreen shrubbery plantings along Northwoods Drive to <br />screen the adjacent parking lot. <br />12. The Developer shall provide a minimum of four (4) bicycle parking spaces on the site. <br />13. The Fire Department Connection (FDC) shall be located within 150 feet of a hydrant and <br />at the front of the building or in a visible riser room. <br />14. The Developer shall provide a minimum of 1,660 square feet of perennial and/or <br />shrubbery plantings. <br /> <br /> <br />Proposed Motion Language <br /> <br />1. Recommend Approval with Conditions: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case <br />17-023 for a Master and Final Planned Unit Development at 3920 Northwoods Drive, based <br />on the findings of fact and submitted plans, as amended by the fourteen (14) conditions in the <br />September 6, 2017, Report to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />2. Recommend Approval without Conditions: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case <br />17-023 for a Master and Final Planned Unit Development at 3920 Northwoods Drive, based <br />on the findings of fact and submitted plans in the September 6, 2017, Report to the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />3. Recommend Denial: Motion to recommend denial of Planning Case 17-023 for a Master and <br />Final Planned Unit Development at 3920 Northwoods Drive based on the following findings <br />of fact: findings to deny should specifically reference the reasons for denial and why those <br />reasons cannot be mitigated. <br /> <br />4. Table: Motion to table Planning Case Planning Case 17-023 for a Master and Final Planned <br />Unit Development at 3920 Northwoods Drive for the following reasons: a specific reason <br />and/or information request should be included with a motion to table. <br /> <br /> <br />Notice and Public Comments <br /> <br />Notice was published in the Arden Hills-Shoreview Bulletin on August 16, 2017. Notice was <br />prepared by the City and mailed to property owners within 1,000 feet of the subject property. <br />Staff has not received any letters, e-mails, or telephone calls from property owners or residents in <br />regards to this planning case. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on August 28, 2017. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by October 27, 2017 (60
