<br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-045 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND CALLING FOR A <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE COUNTY ROAD F <br />RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the <br />improvement of County Road F between Hamline Avenue and Lexington Avenue; <br /> <br />and this report was received by the Council on November 27, 2017; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessar y, cost effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments for <br />affected parcels. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br />HILLS MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the <br />report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost <br />of the improvement of $3,301,192.51. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of <br />January, 2018, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 p.m. and the City <br />Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />27th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br /> _________________________________________ <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________________ <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk
