Joynes, Sr. <br /> <br /> Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br /> N/A N/A N/A <br /> <br />City Council Should Consider <br /> <br />The City Council should consider approving the ammendment to the contract with William S. <br />Joynes, Sr., for Professional Consulting Services. <br /> <br />Background and Discussion <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills entered into an agreement with William S. Joynes, Sr. for Professional <br />Consulting Services to serve in the position of City Administrator that began on January 1, 2017. <br />Subsequently, the City of Arden Hills and Mr. Joynes have mutually agreed to amend the contract <br />as a new City Administrator has been hired beginning 1/1/2018. Mr. Joynes shall continue to <br />provide consulting services as stipulated in the new contract. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />Attachment A: Ammendment to Contract with William S.
