These three businesses have been issued minor correction orders, per Nate Berg, Fire
Marshal/Deputy Chief, and it is anticipated the corrections will be made by the end of this month.
Fire Marshal Berg will follow up with the City Clerk following successful reinspection of these two
businesses. No issues are anticipated at this time.

Please note that Noodles and Company contacted the City this fall regarding their current liquor
license. Their representative indicated that the Arden Hills Noodles and Company location has not
been selling liquor since August 2017 and all liquor was pulled from the establishment at that time;
therefore, they are not requesting renewal of their liquor license for 2018.

It is also important to note that the special 4:00 am liquor Ordinance as it relates to the weekend of
the 2018 Super Bowl was presented to the Council at its November 20, 2017, work session (and is
included in this packet as Consent Item 5P) is a completely separate element independent of the 2018
liquor license renewal request and process.
