Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />The initial engineer’s estimate indicated that Arden Hills would be responsible for $573,159 for <br />Phase 1 and future phases which include structural, mechanical, pumps, meters, piping and <br />security improvments. This amount was included in the CIP over 2 years – 2018 and 2019. <br />Staff is requesting approval for the City’s share of the Phase 1 improvements, which is <br />$209,313.50. This phase of the project is expected to be complete by the end of February.
