<br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-046 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2018 CITY CONTRIBUTION TO <br />EMPLOYEE MONTHLY BENEFITS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve the contribution of an <br />amount equal to 100% of the single medical and dental insurance premiums for employees <br />choosing single medical insurance coverage, or an amount equal to 80% of the cost for family <br />medical insurance premiums for employees choosing family medical insurance coverage, and a <br />contribution of $1,650 to Health Savings Accounts for eligible non-bargaining unit employees; <br /> <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby <br />approve the contribution toward bargaining and non-bargaining unit employee benefits as stated <br />above. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />11th DAY OF DECEMBER, 2017. <br /> <br /> _________________________________________ <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________________ <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk
