This shall include the development of final <br />plans/construction documents, permits, bidding, and construction administration services. The park <br />development is to include a new playground, shelter, seating overlook, and pathways with an estimated <br />construction cost of $122,061. The following Scope of Services details the work plan for the project. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />A. Final Design Construction Documents: WSB shall prepare final design/construction <br />documents for the park development, as approved by the City, to fit within their construction <br />budget to include: <br /> <br />1. Preparation of final construction plans and other drawings as necessary to include any <br />necessary modifications based upon comments from the City review, along with a final <br />revised estimate of probable costs for construction. Final Construction Plans and written <br />technical specifications shall be prepared in sufficient detail to pursue competitive bids for the <br />construction of the improvements. This package will be prepared to include: <br /> <br />a. One (1) site package for public bid that will include all earthwork, curbs, pavement, <br />and site amenities, to obtain pricing for the construction of the site work. <br /> <br />2. All of the professional design services required to complete the plans and specifications as <br />required for bidding the improvements for this project, except for hazardous waste <br />engineering, archeological services, architectural services, and geotechnical testing. <br /> <br />3. Meeting with the neighborhood to review the plans. This will include up to two (2) meetings. <br /> <br />4. Meeting with the City to review the Construction Documents plans, specifications and <br />updated cost estimates for construction at the 60% and 90% milestones. <br /> <br />5. Deliverables shall include electronic copies of all construction document plans and <br />specifications. <br /> <br /> <br />
