Up to four formal site meetings during active construction with the City and <br />Contractor. Site meetings will provide periodic on-site observation of construction <br />progress. This will allow us to: <br /> <br />1. Become generally familiar with and to keep the City informed about the <br />progress and the quality of the portion of the Work completed. <br /> <br />2. Determine, in general, if the work is being performed in a manner <br />indicating that the work, when fully completed, will be in accordance with <br />the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />3. Report to the City known deviations from the Contract Documents and <br />from the most recent construction schedule submitted by the Contractor. <br /> <br />4. One meeting for substantial completion review with Owner and General <br />Contractor. <br /> <br />c. Construction meeting minutes will be provided to document progress and document <br />specific construction issues. <br /> <br />6. Exclusions: Full time construction inspections are not included in this scope, but may be <br />included at additional cost if desired by the City. <br /> <br />7. Deliverables: One complete paper and digital set of all project change orders, field orders, <br />observation reports, and all other correspondence produced during construction. <br /> <br />E. Construction Staking Services: WSB shall provide construction staking for the proposed <br />improvements to the contractor. Cost for replacement or additional staking shall be the <br />responsibility of the contractor. Construction staking will include: <br /> <br />1. Rough grading <br />2. Layout stakes for pathways and play container every 25’ and at endpoints of radii <br />3. Offsets for the corners of the shelter pad <br />4. Final grades <br /> <br />F. Additional Services: Services other than those listed in the Scope of Services above and <br />requested and authorized in writing by the City. These services shall be billed on an hourly basis <br />according to the current Hourly Rate Schedule. <br /> <br />FEES FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />It is proposed that this project be billed hourly on a cost not to exceed basis of $28,810 with the <br />breakdown as follows: <br /> <br />Task A – Final Design CD’s $10,540 <br />Task B – Permits $6,090 <br />Task C – Bidding Services <br />Task D – Construction Administration <br />$2,100 <br />$5,140 <br />Task E – Construction Staking $4,940 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
