From:Kathryn Reyerson <br />To:Matthew Bachler; Kathryn Reyerson <br />Subject:Martinson Site Plan Review - PC# 17-028 <br />Date:Sunday, November 26, 2017 1:56:38 PM <br />Dear Mathew Bachler, <br />I am writing in response to the notice of a public meeting on the Martinson Site Plan Review. <br />The request is to keep a storage shed in the front yard of 1504 Edgewater Avenue. <br />The City Zoning Code clearly prohibits the placement of detached accessory structures <br />between the house and the street on non-lakeshore lots. I urge the City of Arden Hills to <br />enforce the zoning code and require the removal of this storage shed. To do otherwise would <br />set an unfortunate precedent for Edgewater Avenue and our neighborhood. <br />I have lived in this neighborhood since 1991 and have always admired the aesthetics of the <br />area.
