Motion to deny Planning Case 17-028 for a Site Plan Review at 1504 Edgewater Avenue <br />based on the findings of fact in the January 22, 2018, Report to the City Council, and to <br />direct city staff and attorney to prepare formal findings for review and approval by the City <br />Council at its next regular meeting. <br /> <br />2. Motion to approve Planning Case 17-028 for a Site Plan Review at 1504 Edgewater Avenue <br />based on the following findings of fact, and to direct city staff and attorney to prepare formal <br />findings for review and approval by the City Council at its next regular meeting: findings to <br />approve should reference the reasons for approval. <br /> <br />3.
