DRAFT Request and Workplan for an additional 120 hours for Communications Coordinator <br />The Council is asked to consider a request to temporarily increase the Communications Coordinator’s number of hours worked per week from 25 to 40 for eight <br />weeks, which reflects an additional 15 hours per week, for a total of 120 hours, in order to accomplish the following (some of which are outside the scope of <br />Council identified priorities for the position): <br />• Move up the delivery timeline for the website redesign from 18 months to 16 months (pending no other timeline changes) by increasing the number of <br />weekly hours devoted to conte nt review, clean-up and navigation planning. <br />• Develop a new resident guide mailer that outlines important policies and procedures. <br />• Develop coordinated TCAAP messaging based on upcoming known milestones related to MDA approval and development timeline <br />• Develop plans for addressing emergency management communications for the City and an employee newsletter <br />• Draft, distribute weekly Admin Update <br />Work plan breakdown: <br />Proposed Deliverable Estimated number of hours Total <br />Hours <br />1.
