expecting more information needing to be put out to the public, the Communications Coordinator <br />will need to work with the City Council, Staff, and County to ensure proper messaging. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous Projects <br /> <br />A few projects have been identified for the Communications Coordinator to include a new <br />resident guide, emergency management messaging, and an employee newsletter. These projects, <br />while not necessarily a priority, will be delayed as more important projects are worked on unless <br />we allocate more hours for the Communications Coordinator. <br /> <br />It should be noted that these are not a comprehensive listing of the duties of the Communications <br />Coordinator; they still work on the newsletter, which accounts for about a quarter (or more) of <br />their time. The administrative update is planning on being moved to the Communications <br />Coordinator when possible, but still remains with the City Clerk. <br /> <br />This was brought to the Personnel Committee for direction, the Personnel Committee requested <br />more information be brought forward to the full City Council for approval. <br /> <br />Attachment <br /> <br />Attachment A: Communications Coordinator Work Plan <br />Attachment B: List of Web Pages to Update <br />
