IMPROVEMENTS. The Developer shall install and pay for the following as <br />required to be built within the project as private improvements in accordance with the approved <br />Plans: <br /> A. Sanitary Sewer System <br /> B. Water System <br /> C. Storm Sewer System <br /> D. Driveways <br /> E. Site Grading, Ponding, and Erosion Control <br /> F. Landscaping <br /> G. Underground Utilities <br /> H. Setting of Iron Monuments, including Monuments described in the <br />Wetland Overlay District <br /> I. Surveying and Staking <br />The improvements shall be installed in accordance with the City Code. The Developer will not use <br />power equipment between the hours of 9 o’clock p.m. and 7 o’clock a.m. on any weekday or <br />between the hours of 9:00 o’clock p.m. and 8:00 o’clock a.m. on any weekend or holiday. The <br />Developer shall submit plans and specifications for permit which have been prepared by a <br />competent registered professional engineer to the City for approval by the City Engineer which <br />approval shall be provided on the condition that such submittals comply with the Plans and this <br />Agreement. The Developer shall instruct its engineer to provide adequate field inspection <br />personnel to assure an acceptable level of quality control. In addition, the City may, at the City's
