As a <br />condition of approval, a Conditional Use Permit and Master Plan Amendment and Variance <br />Approval Agreement is required to be approved before the issuance of any development permits. <br />The City Attorney has drafted the required Agreement (Attachment A). The Agreement includes <br />the additional condition added by the Council for the variance request regarding buffering and <br />landscaping along Valentine Lake. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
