<br />Date: ______________________________ Date: ____________________________________ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BETWEEN <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MN <br />AND <br />I.U.O.U., LOCAL 49 <br />Overtime Clarification <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Labor Agreement between I.U.O.E., Local 49 and the City of Arden Hills stipulates <br />when the EMPLOYER will pay overtime, <br /> <br />THEREFORE, this Memorandum of Understanding is written to summarize the City and bargaining unit’s <br />expectations regarding overtime pay: <br /> <br />o Depending on the schedule set by the EMPLOYER, bargaining unit EMPLOYEES will be <br />eligible for overtime pay after eight hours worked on a normally scheduled day, or forty hours <br />in a work week; however, during times when the regularly scheduled work day goes beyond <br />eight hours, such as summer hours, the employee will be paid overtime during hours worked <br />outside of the set schedule.
