Sheet C3 <br />a. Please show the existing buildings on adjacent lots. <br />b. The proposed water services cannot be connected to the existing 2” water <br />services. Each proposed water service must be connected to the water main along <br />New Brighton Rd (i.e. the four separate services must have four separate <br />connections to the water main). <br />c. Please show where the proposed water and sanitary services will connect into the <br />future homes. <br />d. Install a new hydrant that conforms to current city standards (as shown on sheet <br />C5) instead of the salvaged hydrant. <br />e. Water main and sanitary sewer must be at least 10-ft apart. Please update the <br />proposed hydrant lead location accordingly. <br />f. Provide details for 6” and 12” PVC pipe <br /> <br />2. Sheet C4 <br />a. Please show the existing buildings on adjacent lots. <br />b. Where is the 100-year flood elevation and the Ordinary High Water Level? <br /> <br />3. Sheets C6.1 & C6.2 <br />a.
