On 1-09-2018, the District received the first resubmittal package for the same property <br />under new ownership, Journey Home Minnesota:Attn: Blake Huffman. The initial and subsequent <br />resubmittals included minimal changes to the site layout. District Staff finds that the modifications do not <br />constitute a substantial change and the permit can be administratively amended. All new text has been <br />italicized. <br />Rule D— Erosion and Sediment Control <br />1.
