The Sign Code allows a property to display a temporary <br />sign for no more than 30 days per calendar year. A sign advertising available space for lease in a <br />building can be displayed until seven days after the building is leased. <br /> <br />The City approved a similar application from Arden Village, LLC in 2014 for the same two <br />temporary wall signs after the building first opened (Planning Case 13-023). The temporary signs <br />were displayed for approximately seven months at that time. <br /> <br />The applicant has provided a letter with their request for additional signage and elevations of the <br />building depicting the proposed signage. <br />2.
