<br />4 <br />198004v3 <br /> 5. DEVELOPMENT PLANS. The plat shall be developed in accordance with the following <br />plans, which will be retained in Arden Hills Planning File No. PC 18-013. The plans shall not be attached to this <br />Contract. The erosion control plan may also be approved by Ramsey County and the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District. If the plans vary from the written terms of this Contract, the written terms shall control. The plans are: <br />Plan A – Certificate of Survey, dated 12/04/2017 <br />Plan B – Preliminary Plat, dated 05/11/2018 <br />Plan C – Title Sheet (C-1), dated 05/17/2018 <br />Plan D – Removal Plan (C-2), dated 05/17/2018 <br />Plan E – Civil Site and Utility Plan (C-3), dated 05/17/2018 <br /> Plan F – Grading, Drainage, and Erosion Control Plan (C-4), dated 05/17/2018 <br /> Plan G – Details (C-5), dated 05/17/2018 <br /> Plan H – Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (C-6.1 and C-6.2), dated 05/17/2018 <br />Plan I - Tree Inventory and Preservation Plan, dated 03/05/2018 <br />Plan J – Final Plat, dated 05/17/2018 <br /> 6. IMPROVEMENTS. The Developer shall install and pay for the following private <br />improvements in accordance with the approved Plans: <br /> A. Sanitary Sewer System <br /> B. Water System <br /> C. Storm Sewer System <br /> D. Driveways, Parking Areas and connections to Streets <br /> E. Site Grading, Stormwater Filtration System and Erosion Control <br /> F. Landscaping and Tree Preservation <br /> G. Underground Utilities <br /> H. Setting of Iron Monuments <br /> I. Surveying and Staking <br />The improvements shall be installed in accordance with the City subdivision ordinance; and any other ordinances <br />of the City Code concerning erosion and drainage. Hours of construction, including moving of equipment and <br />delivery, shall be limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on any <br />weekend or holiday. The Developer shall submit plans and specifications for permit which have been prepared by <br />a competent registered professional engineer to the City for approval by the City Engineer which approval shall be <br />provided on the condition that such submittals comply with the Plans and this Agreement. The Developer shall <br />instruct its engineer to provide adequate field inspection personnel to assure an acceptable level of quality control. <br />In addition, the City may, at the City's discretion and at the Developer's expense, have one or more City inspectors <br />and a soil engineer inspect the work as the City may reasonably determine.
