ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL WORK SESSION – MAY 22, 2018 3 <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden stated she would work with Councilmember Holmes to select a date for <br />the first meeting. <br /> <br />Councilmember McClung suggested setting a deadline for the Civic Site Task Force to report <br />back to the Council. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant suggested the Task Force report back to the Council at the end of July. <br /> <br />City Administrator Perrault asked who the City Council would like to receive future reports <br />from. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant stated that the updates should come from City staff or possibly the Civic Site Task <br />Force Chair. <br /> <br />The Council was in agreement with this suggestion. <br /> <br />2.
