The City
Council authorized WSB to complete the study (Attachment A). The report recommends
installation of the following improvements:
• 21” RCP outfall with outlet control structure from the Indian Oaks Wetland (pond located
south of Indian Oaks Court)
• Upsize the existing 12” pipe from Indian Oaks Court that connects to the existing storm
sewer catch basin in Colleen Avenue with a 24” HDPE pipe.
• Upsizing the existing 15” storm pipe in Colleen Avenue with a 24” inch pipe
• Directionally drill an 18” HDPE adjacent to the existing 15” outfall. Due to the
condition of the 15” pipe, this entire portion of pipe will have to be replaced.
• Replace the outlet control structure at the wetland north of Colleen with a 27” discharge
pipe and 24” culvert.

CONSENT ITEM – 7C

MEMORANDUM
