Quote <br />packages will be prepared in late summer of 2018 with the desire to begin construction in early fall of <br />2018. WSB will solicit quotes from select contractors and vendors for the site improvements and play <br />equipment. The project has a total budget of $100,000 which includes professional services and <br />construction costs. The following scope of services details the work plan for the project. <br /> <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />A. Basemap Topo Survey: WSB shall prepare and provide a basemap topo survey of the proposed <br />area for improvements. Survey will also establish ground control for construction. The survey will <br />be prepared in AutoCAD format. <br /> <br />1. A boundary survey is not included in this proposal. <br /> <br /> <br />B. Final Design Construction Documents: WSB shall prepare bid documents for the proposed <br />improvements based on the City’s construction budget. The process of design will include: <br /> <br />1. Prepare 60% site layout and cost estimate. <br /> <br />2. Review 60% design with City and obtain feedback. <br /> <br />3. Based on City’s feedback from the 60% review, WSB will proceed with the detailed design to <br />develop a set of 90% complete documents. An updated cost estimate will be prepared. <br /> <br />4. Review the 90% design documents with the City and obtain direction for preparation of the <br />final bid documents. <br /> <br />5. Prepare 100% final bid documents based on comments from the City review, along with a <br />final revised estimate of probable costs for construction. Bid documents including final <br />construction plans and written technical specifications shall be prepared in sufficient detail to <br />pursue competitive quotes for the construction of the improvements. <br />
