On-going correspondence with staff and contractor for purposes of discussing pertinent
issues, concerns and upcoming construction.

4. WSB will attend the following meetings which will be held in Arden Hills:

a. One pre-construction meeting with attendees including WSB, the City, General
Contractor and their subcontractors, and utility companies. This will allow for clearly
defining the owner’s expectations as to the quality of construction, dealing with
problems that may arise, and timeliness.

b. Up to three formal site meetings during active construction with the City and
Contractor. Site meetings will provide periodic on-site observation of construction
progress. This will allow us to:

1. Become generally familiar with and to keep the City informed about the
progress and the quality of the portion of the Work completed.

2. Determine, in general, if the work is being performed in a manner
indicating that the work, when fully completed, will be in accordance with
the Contract Documents.

3. Report to the City known deviations from the Contract Documents and
from the most recent construction schedule submitted by the Contractor.
