Exclusions: Full time construction inspections are not included in this scope, but may be <br />included at additional cost if desired by the City. <br /> <br />6. Deliverables: One complete paper and digital set of all project change orders, field orders, <br />observation reports, and all other correspondence produced during construction. <br /> <br /> <br />E. Construction Material Testing: WSB shall provide the following level of material testing <br />including project management and administration: <br /> <br />1. Two compaction tests – completed in one trip <br /> <br />2. Review one concrete pour, collect and test 1 set of 4 cylinders <br /> <br /> <br />F. Construction Staking Services: WSB shall provide the contractor with control for the site. The <br />contractor shall be responsible for all construction staking. <br /> <br /> <br />G. Additional Services: Services other than those listed in the Scope of Services above and <br />requested and authorized in writing by the City. These services shall be billed on an hourly basis <br />according to the current Hourly Rate Schedule. <br /> <br /> <br />FEES FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />It is proposed that this project be billed hourly on a cost not to exceed basis of $19,210 with the <br />breakdown as follows: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Task A – Basemap Topo Survey $2,000 <br />Task B – Final Design Construction Documents $9,740 <br />Task C – Quote Package for Site Work and Play Container $2,770 <br />Task D – Construction Administration $2,660 <br />Task E – Construction Material Testing $1,300 <br />Task F – Construction Staking Services $740 <br />Total $19,210 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
