As a condition of <br />approval, the applicant is required to file the Johanna Station No. 1 Final Plat with Ramsey <br />County within 60 days of the City Council approval. The deadline for filing the Final Plat is July <br />28, 2018. The applicant has requested the deadline be extended to September 30, 2018. Staff has <br />reviewed the request and does not have concerns about the deadline extension. <br /> <br />
