As a condition of <br />approval, the applicant is required to file the Minor Subdivision with Ramsey County within 60 <br />days of the City Council approval. The deadline for filing the subdivision is August 10, 2018. <br />The applicant has requested that the filing deadline be extended to November 15, 2018. Staff has <br />reviewed the request and does not have concerns about the deadline extension. <br /> <br />
