Pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Section 465.03 for the benefit of its citizens, cities are authorized to accept gifts and bequests <br />for the benefits of recreational services <br />Discussion <br />The Arden Hills Foundation has donated $650.00 to the City of Arden Hills for a park bench to be <br />located at Johanna Marsh Park. This donation was submitted by Michael Remmers. <br />To comply with State Statutes, the City needs to acknowledge the donations and issue receipt of the <br />donations to the Arden Hills Foundation. <br />Attachments <br />Attachment A: Resolution 2018-050
