Approval with Conditions: Motion to approve with conditions Planning Case 18-016 for site <br />plan approval for an addition to the Totino Fine Arts building at the University of Northwestern <br />based on the findings of fact and the submitted plans. Conditions may include addressing <br />comments included in the engineer’s memorandum and complying with all ADA rules and <br />regulations. (Planning Commission Recommendation) <br /> <br />2. Approval as Submitted: Motion to approve Planning Case 18-016 for site plan approval for an <br />addition to the Totino Fine Arts building at the University of Northwestern based on the <br />findings of fact and the submitted plans. <br /> <br />3. Denial: Motion to deny Planning Case 18-016 for site plan approval for an addition to the <br />Totino Fine Arts building at the University of Northwestern, based on the following findings: <br />findings to deny should specifically reference the reasons for denial and why those reasons <br />cannot be mitigated. <br /> <br />4. Table: Motion to table of Planning Case 18-016 for site plan approval for an addition to the <br />Totino Fine Arts building at the University of Northwestern based on the findings of fact and <br />the submitted plans, a specific reason and information request should be included with a <br />motion to table.
