ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—AUGUST 27, 2018 2 <br /> construction activities along Thom Drive have been discussed with the contractor. He explained <br /> the Sheriff has stepped up their patrols in this area and citations would be issued based on zero <br /> tolerance for this contractor. He commented further on the sewer line insurance issues Mr. Larson <br /> brought to the Council's attention. <br /> 4. PUBLIC PRESENTATIONS <br /> A. CTV Introduction <br /> Dana Healy, CTV Executive Director, thanked the Council for their time. She introduced herself <br /> and noted she began working for CTV on July 16. She stated she was excited to be working with <br /> all of the communities involved in CTV. <br /> Mayor Grant asked if CenturyLink would be installing additional fiber lines in Arden Hills. <br /> Ms. Healy explained CenturyLink would not be providing cable as of two weeks ago. <br /> Councilmember Scott welcomed Ms. Healy to CTV and asked if CTV was available online for <br /> streaming. <br /> Ms. Healy reported CTV was available online for streaming. <br /> Mayor Grant and Councilmember Holden welcomed Ms. Healy to her new position. <br /> 5. STAFF COMMENTS <br /> A. Rice Creek Commons (TCAAP) and Joint Development Authority(JDA)Update <br /> City Administrator Perrault provided an update on TCAAP stating the JDA would meet next <br /> on Tuesday, September 4 at 5:30 p.m. He noted the Civic Site Task Force would meet next on <br /> Thursday, September 6. <br /> B. Transportation Update <br /> City Administrator Perrault stated the Old Snelling trail project was moving along and concrete <br /> would be put in place subject to the weather. <br /> City Administrator Perrault commented the 2018 PMP project was moving forward and noted <br /> curb would be poured this week on Floral. <br /> Mayor Grant discussed how the Old Snelling trail project had been delayed by the recent rainy <br /> weather. He noted Director Polka was aware of the delays and was working with the contractor to <br /> keep the project moving forward. <br /> 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> A.
