Motion to Approve Resolution 2018-050 Accepting Donation <br /> Councilmember Holden clarified for the record this donation was made by Michael and Mary <br /> Remer. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to adopt Resolution No. 2018-050, Accepting a Donation from the <br /> Arden Hills Foundation. The motion carried (5-0). <br /> 9. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> A. Abatement of Nuisance at 3246 New Brighton Road <br /> Jane Kansier, Bolton & Menk Planning Consultant, stated due to a complaint, staff inspected <br /> 3246 New Brighton Road on August 8, 2018. Staff noted excessive vegetation growth and the <br /> accumulation of tree branches, and determined the property was in violation of the following <br /> subsections of City Code Section 602.02 Public Nuisance Affecting Health: <br />
