He noted that no motions or voting would occur until a quorum was recognized. <br /> <br />1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />No quorum present <br /> <br /> <br />2. APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />Deputy Clerk Jolene Trauba administered the oath of office to Commissioner Sheila Bennett <br />Kilander. <br /> <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />No quorum present <br /> <br /> <br />4. UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Higher Education Study <br /> <br />Senior Planner Matthew Bachler noted that the City is working with WSB to complete a <br />planning and economic development study regarding higher education uses. The EDC is being <br />asked to review components of that study. At this meeting WSB will review land and building <br />space available in the commercial and industrial districts of the City.
