<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Page 2 <br />PROJECT APPROACH <br /> <br />HR Green proposes to complete the following work tasks: <br /> <br />1. Analysis and comparison of communications technology of cellular vs. private radio system: <br />a. Compare typical manufacturers and average cost of each technology. <br />b. Cellular technology has many offerings by many manufacturers, private radio telemetry <br />is more mature and less varied. Because of this situation, HR Green proposes to <br />evaluate three (3) cellular and two (2) radio telemetry alternatives for functionality, <br />flexibility and expansion. In addition, manufacturer specific cloud data services will be <br />compared to a generic cloud service which is compatible with most manufacturers. <br /> <br />DELIVERABLES <br /> <br />HR Green will provide the following deliverables: <br /> <br />1. Written report detailing positive and negative attributes of all items compared, including: <br />a. Capital cost versus operating costs economic comparison. <br />b. Flexibility of the technology used. <br />c. A list of advantages and disadvantages of the cellular vs. private radio. <br />d. A ten year cost of typical manufacturer equipment of cellular vs. private radio. <br />2. Single page summary sheet with a recommendation of technology to use and major reasons <br />why. <br /> <br />SCHEDULE <br /> <br />1. Arden Hills authorizes HR Green to begin - TBD <br />2. Kick-off meeting – within 1 week of authorization <br />3. Draft memo review meeting – within 5 weeks of the kick off meeting <br />4. Final memo – within 2 weeks of draft memo review meeting <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />Additional Services are not included in this Agreement. If authorized under a Supplemental Agreement <br />HR Green could furnish or obtain from others the following services: <br />1. Additional site visits or on-site meetings beyond what is described above are not anticipated or <br />included. <br />2. Design, bidding or construction services. <br /> <br />CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />Arden Hills shall provide the following items: <br />1. Provide current monthly bills for operating all cellular sites. <br />2. Provide a single point of communication for the purpose of project coordination, deliverable <br />review and comment. <br />
