These above fees include (no separate charge will be applied for): <br /> <br />• Vehicle and personal expenses and mileage <br />• Telephone, computer, CAD, or other software usage <br />• Routine expendable supplies <br />• Printing project plans, specifications, or other project documentation <br /> <br />Expenses beyond the agreed scope of services and non-routine expenses, such as large quantities of prints (other than <br />those for public notifications within the project area), out-sourced graphics and photographic reproductions, document <br />recording fees, outside professional and technical assistance, and other items of this general nature will be invoiced <br />separately.
