Hazelnut Park Master Planning | City of Arden Hills, Minnesota 3 <br />Proposal for <br />Hazelnut Park Master Planning <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota <br /> <br />Task 3: Concept Development <br />BMI will develop one (1) preliminary Hazelnut Park Master Plan for review with City staff and Park Board. Master Plan <br />Concept will include, but not be limited to: <br />• ADA accessible pathway down to new warming house near hockey rink <br />• Warming house improvement concept (detailed drawings not part of this contract) <br />• Evaluate existing hockey rink (location/size/uses/visibility) <br />• Redesign parking lot (evaluate layout for park and church, lighting, drainage and access points) <br /> <br />As the Master Plan Concept is developed and approved, a separate design phase would be entered into to complete <br />preliminary and final design of the parking lot and the rink/warming house area. <br /> <br /> <br />Task 4: Parking Lot Re-Plat <br />Bolton & Menk will research property data associated with the Trinity Lutheran parcel to develop plat documentation <br />for the splitting a separate parcel for the dedicated to the City of the parking lot based on the parking needs and layout <br />for the church and park. A boundary determination will be performed and preliminary and final plat documents will be <br />developed, reviewed for approval and recording. <br /> <br />Fees <br /> <br />The following tables summarize the estimated hours and cost breakdown for each major work task item.
