<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-003 <br /> <br />Resolution Relating to the State of Minnesota Public Works Mutual Aid Pact <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the pact provides a process for units of government to share public works <br />personnel and equipment with other agencies within the State of Minnesota; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to enter into said pact; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED The Arden Hills City Council authorizes the State of <br />Minnesota Public Works Mutual Aid Pact and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to <br />execute the pact. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of January 2019. <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />______________________________________ <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk
