Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />Hennepin County Emergency Management (HCEM) is serving as the administrative coordinator <br />for this agreement among local units of government. This agreement will better position Arden <br />Hills to coordinate and work with its partnering agencies through a formalized agreement. To <br />date, Shoreview, Edina, Brooklyn Center, Crystal, Eden Prairie, Plymouth, and Minnetonka have <br />entered into the agreement which went into effect October 1, 2018.
