Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />As the project progressed, it was determined that additional clearing and grubbing was needed to <br />complete the project that were over and above those originally marked. In addition, the city staff <br />requested that Northwest Asphalt jet an existing storm sewer in the project area due to a back-up <br />in the line. WSB has provided a recommendation to approve Change Order No. 5 in the amount <br />of $3,128.00. (Attachment A). Change Order No. 5 is included as Attachment B. <br /> <br />The project is approximately 89% complete with all work complete except for final wear course <br />paving and final restoration items. Five percent is being withheld from the work completed in <br />accordance with the contract documents. The sixth payment is in the amount of $66,787.38. <br />WSB has provided a recommendation to pay the seventh voucher (Attachment A).
