Ramsey County will <br />encourage municipalities to update <br />their local Comprehensive Plans to <br />include considerations for <br />mitigation in land use planning to <br />reduce future risk to due to <br />natural hazards (i.e., flooding). <br />County, <br />municipal <br />funding
