These plans <br />are intended to assist key <br />county/city officials and emergency <br />organizations to carry out their <br />responsibilities for the protection <br />of life and property under a wide <br />range of emergency conditions. <br />County, <br />municipal <br />funding <br />7 All-Hazards Local Planning <br />& Regulations <br />Continue to ensure <br />that mass-care <br />sheltering plans and <br />facilities are established <br />to care for displaced <br />residents in the event <br />of a disaster. <br />Ongoing High 2018- <br />2022 Ramsey County RCEMHS & <br />SPRCPH <br />Mass Care planning is part of the <br />Ramsey County EOP. Saint <br />Paul/Ramsey County Public Health <br />have designated shelter facilities <br />that have agreements with the <br />American Red Cross. <br />County <br />funding
