ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL – JANUARY 28, 2019 3 <br /> <br />G. Motion to Approve Purchase of Milling Machine Attachment <br />H. Motion to Approve Amendment to Proposal for Engineering Services with HR <br />Green, Inc. <br />I. Motion to Approve Payment No. 2 and Change Order No. 1 – VEIT & Company, <br />Inc. – Old Snelling Avenue Bridge Replacement Project <br />J. Motion to Cancel the February 11, 2019 Regular City Council Meeting <br /> <br />Councilmember Scott noted a grammatical change that should be made to the motion for <br />approval for Planning Case 18-027. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br />execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried <br />unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />8. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />9. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />10. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Scott thanked local State Representative Kelly Moller and Twin Cities North <br />Chamber of Commerce President John Connelly for their presentations. <br /> <br />Councilmember Scott encouraged the public to take care over the next two days during the bitter <br />cold spell. <br /> <br />Councilmember McClung reminded the public to clear around fire hydrants in order to keep <br />them accessible for the Fire Department. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes thanked Director Polka and her staff for their efforts during the recent <br />snow event. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes stated the last Civic Site Task Force meeting would be held on <br />Tuesday, January 29 at 6:00 p.m.
